I help CEOs and senior leaders navigate the people side of the business — so they can focus on leading and growing their business, as well as driving performance.

Sometimes that means advising on challenging employment issues, helping leaders manage risk, and working alongside them to make good decisions for both their business and their people.

I also design practical programs to build capability, create clear career pathways, and develop succession plans — making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

It’s important to me that I work with organisations who genuinely value their people. I believe people are a business’s greatest asset, and any solution needs to reflect that — not just tick a box. My approach is practical, considered, and grounded in what’s right for your business and your people — because corporate approaches don’t always translate well in smaller businesses.

Advisor / Support

I serve as a trusted advisor and confidante for CEOs and senior leaders, helping them manage people issues so they can focus on running their business.

I’m also someone you can bounce ideas off to find solutions that work for both your business and your people. It’s important I pick up on any employment risks early and let you know so they can be dealt with.

Organisation Discovery

I conduct an ‘organisation discovery’ to assess where the company stands from an HR perspective. This helps identify what’s working and what needs to change so the organisation can achieve its strategic goals with an engaged workforce. Having the right systems, processes, and practices in place—aligned with the company’s strategic direction—gives it the confidence to move forward into the future.

Performance Issues

Performance management can be tough and stressful. It often takes time to unpack the issues, identify the root cause, and figure out the next steps. I guide leaders through each phase of the process, helping them understand their responsibilities and the potential risks, making it all feel more manageable and less stressful. I also remind them that mutual respect and kindness should be at the heart of the process, and to keep communication open throughout.

People Solutions

I create and implement people-focused projects like People Strategies, restructures and realignments, health and safety compliance, wellness initiatives, and policies and practices.
